Backwashing, Evaporation and Cost Savings
Every residential and commercial model cleaner produced by Aqua Products, Inc. is equipped with the industry's leading filter bag, which is able to filter out particles as small as 2 microns in size. Since the filter bags have the capacity to remove debris as large as leaves, acorns and pine needles and particles as small as sand, silt and algae the pool's main filters usage requirement is significantly reduced since the majority of what needs to be filtered is completed by our cleaners. Therefore, backwashing a pool's filter can be reduced by as much as 80% saving a consumer thousands of gallons of water each season.
Every cleaner is equipped with an on-board industrial strength pump motor(s) that produces anywhere from 4,000 up to 10,000 gallons of water filtration per hour. This water forces the various water layers within the pool to circulate and mix. The result of this action is that the warmer top layer mixes with the cooler lower layer, which translates into lesser evaporation.
In short, our cleaners contribute to water supplies worldwide saving millions of gallons of water each year and to the consumers with drastic reductions on their water bills.
Chemicals
Every cleaner is equipped with an on-board industrial strength pump motor(s) that produces anywhere from 4,000 up to 10,000 gallons of water filtration per hour. This water forces the various water layers within the pool to circulate and mix. The result of this action is that the chemically depleted warmer top layer mixes with the cooler chemically rich lower layer, which translates into lesser evaporation and savings of otherwise lost chemicals that bond to the water molecules.
Additionally, this mixing force re-circulates chemicals that have fallen due to gravity and have become suspended in the cooler lower layer. This circulation results in a more accurate water test near the surface and an overall more uniform chemical mix. This allows consumers to consume as much as 30% less chemicals, saving them a small fortune every season and offers bathers a much safer and healthier swimming environment since the amount of chemicals in the water is greatly reduced and better distributed.

Since this internal filtration system is able to remove debris as large as leaves, acorns and pine needles and particles as small as sand, silt and algae the pool's main filter usage requirement may be reduced by as much as 50% every time the cleaner is used* since the majority of what needs to be filtered is completed by our cleaners.
*Note: In most instances commercial cleaners may not decrease the operating time of their pool filter and pump due to local or national laws for their country, which mandate a specified number of operating hours.
