You can use this page to track
the whereabouts of your pool cleaner if it was sent in for service and repairs
were completed by our facility. You must obtain a valid RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization) number before shipping anything to our company. Please
wait about two (2) weeks after shipping out your unit before using this page.
This includes about one week of shipping time for the unit to reach us and another
week to complete any necessary repairs. If your cleaner is under warranty (eg.,
it is less than a year old), we normally do not contact the customer when the
unit is received. If the cleaner is NOT under warranty, you will be contacted
with a repair estimate and the unit will be repaired once we receive authorization
from you to do so.
NOTE: These shipping and repair time estimates are average estimates which are subject
to change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
